Cafe Cap

Cafe Cappuccino is known for their delicious breakfasts throughout Waco. They have three different locations, and take reservations, which makes it quite accessible.
I've gone there quite a few times, but I’ve never taken the time to consider if they had options for vegetarians (besides their delicious pancakes). I was pleasantly surprised when I found the Veggie & Swiss omelet. It came with a side of either toast or a pancake and I opted for one giant blueberry pancake.

When it first arrived I was slightly disappointed with the appearance of the omelet, it looked very small and unimpressive next to the pancaked it was served with. But once I began eating the variety of different vegetables and colors of them within it all came out and it began to look better. The flavor was delicious and everything was served hot and quick which is always something to look for in a restaurant.

Although it may not look appetizing, I would say CafĂ© Cappuccino is a good option if you’re looking for somewhere with a delicious vegetarian breakfast.
